Prior to the annual meeting of shareholders of ANSADPetrol, shareholders receive a package containing a variety of documents that report financial data and operations results and announce important issues. These are all matters that holders of common shares of ANSADPetrol will have the opportunity to vote on at the annual meeting. If, however, a shareholder is not able to attend an annual meeting, he or she can vote on proposals by means of a proxy.
ANSADPetrol's annual meeting allows shareholders to stay informed and involved with company decisions and workings. This yearly meeting is the single event whereby shareholders are able to gather and ask the board of directors questions pertaining to affairs of the Company. A basic agenda or purpose is described in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders of ANSADPetrol.
